SatuKomando provides mapping, GPS navigation, and community-based services to users from https://satukomando.id/ (website). When you use our services, you trust us with your information. We understand that this is a big responsibility and we work hard to protect your information while still giving you control over it.

 

This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what information we obtain, why we collect it, and how you can update, manage, and delete that information. 

 

This privacy policy is incorporated into SatuKomando's Terms and Conditions. The Services you use are incorporated into the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and you fully understand them.

 

In this Privacy Policy, the term "personal information" means information that you provide to us to identify you, such as your name, email address, affiliation, and in certain circumstances, your location and/or other data linked to that information in SatuKomando. Please note that when you use our services, SatuKomando requires the creation of an account. SatuKomando will collect your information such as meta-data (described next), according to this Privacy Policy:

 

- SatuKomando will link all your information registered to your account. This includes information received from all devices and browsers that you will choose to sign in to the system.

 

- SatuKomando may also from time to time create and require additional or different means of identification when logging in and accessing the Service or to access certain features or parts of the Service.

 

- The details you use to log in are your responsibility. You are fully aware of any use or misuse of your account and personal details for actions that involve providing login details to others. You must keep your login details absolutely confidential and avoid disclosing your login details to other persons/parties. If you set a password, make sure you also change it periodically and at least once every 6 (six) months.

SatuKomando collects information to provide services to its users, the information SatuKomando collects, and how that information is used, depends on how you choose to use our services and how you manage your privacy. 

 

 

- Account information: is information required when creating an account, such as name, email address, affiliation or information required to create a SatuKomando account. Please note that incorrect, or out-of-date information may result in SatuKomando being unable to provide services and difficulty in contacting you when necessary. If you do not enter data in the required fields, you may not be able to register or get service from certain features, and/or may not be verified by the system. 

 

- Location information: The location of your device will be collected only if you allow SatuKomando to view the location of your device when you use certain features of the app. You can refuse or change the configuration, so that SatuKomando cannot read your device's location.

We collect information about your activity on the service, which we use to provide the SatuKomando service to you, including features that are personalised to your experience. 

 
- Personal information 

        When you create an account on the SatuKomando application, we may collect and record certain types of information such as your name, email address, and location information. In certain jurisdictions, we may request government-issued documents in certain circumstances including when creating an account and activating a device, to administer a device, or as required by law.

 

- Location details are collected such as GPS data (including time of capture), and other information from sensors and possibly receivers when you install and activate the app. The type of data we collect depends on where you set up your device and account. For example, depending on how your device and/or account is set up we may collect information whether or not you are using the device.

 

 

SatuKomando collects information related to the use of the service and information from your device where the app is installed or the web browser where you use the service. For example: 

 

- SatuKomando may collect and record how often you use the services and for how long, device type, unique identifiers (unique IDs), operating system and version, third party web pages or applications you have used and visited to interact with the application, information you see on the services.

 

- SatuKomando may also collect information related to your device's interaction with the services, including crash reports, system activity, and the date, time, and URL you used. 

 

- SatuKomando does not collect and record your information to display advertisements.

 

 
Why does SatuKomando collect data?

 

SatuKomando may use the information formed or provided to you for the following purposes: 

 

- We use information to deliver our services. For example, using your location to deliver location services.

 

- To maintain and improve our services. We also use your information to make sure our services work properly, such as to troubleshoot search failures or resolve issues you report to us. And we also use information from you to improve our services or for the development of new features or new services.

 

- We may use information from you to provide support and handle requests and complaints.

 

- We use data for analysis and measurement to understand how you use our services.

 

- We also use your information to send you updates, notices, announcements, and user requests as well as additional information regarding our services (including via push notifications and/or email addresses).

- To enforce the Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy.

- To deal with breakdowns and malfunctions;

- If SatuKomando reasonably believes that you have violated the Terms of Use or is investigating a potential violation of the Terms of Use, or believes that you are abusing your right to use the Service, or committed an act or omission that SatuKomando reasonably believes violates any of the applicable laws, rules or regulations. SatuKomando may share your information in these cases, with law enforcement agencies and other competent authorities and with any third parties as may be necessary to deal with the consequences of your misconduct;

SatuKomando may use cookies and similar technologies on the Service. SatuKomando is a collection of information sent by the Website server to your web browser and then sent back by the browser each time it accesses the Website server.

 

SatuKomando may use cookies for a variety of purposes, such as to save you the need to re-enter your username and password each time you log in, to facilitate use of the Website, to gather statistical information, to verify information, and to customise the Website to your personal preferences and for information security purposes.

 

Some cookies may expire when the session ends and you exit your browser. Other cookies are stored on your computer's hard drive. If you wish to block the Website's cookies, use the help button on your browser and follow the necessary instructions. SatuKomando considers information security to be a top priority. The SatuKomando service is built with strong security features that continuously protect your information. SatuKomando implements systems, applications and procedures to secure your personal information, to minimise the risk of theft, damage, loss of information, or unauthorised access or use of information. For example, we review our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures, to prevent unauthorised access to our systems. In addition, we restrict access to personal information to those SatuKomando employees, contractors and agents who need the information to process it. Anyone who has this access is subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be sanctioned or terminated if they fail to fulfil these obligations.

 

The insight, knowledge or experience we gain from maintaining our services, helps us detect and automatically block security threats from ever reaching you.

 

However, these measures cannot provide absolute guarantees. Therefore, despite SatuKomando's best efforts to protect your personal information, SatuKomando cannot guarantee and you cannot reasonably expect that SatuKomando's databases will be immune from any errors, malfunctions, unlawful interception or access, or other types of misuse and abuse.

 

 

We will regularly review this Privacy Policy and ensure that we process your information in compliance with Indonesian and/or other relevant regulations.

 

 

SatuKomando may from time to time change the terms of this Privacy Policy. Substantial changes will be made immediately up to a maximum of 30 (thirty) days after SatuKomando writes:

 

- A system message informing the user that there has been a change to the Privacy Policy; or

 

- A notification on the SatuKomando webpage or other relevant webpage, explaining the changes to the Privacy Policy along with a comparison between the 'old' and 'new' versions of the Privacy Policy.
